The objective of the Tzaferis Construction O.E. Security System is to protect the company’s and its clients’ information assets from all internal, external, intentional, or unintentional threats. The company’s specific goals regarding Information Security are:<\/p>\n\n
The information must be protected from any unauthorized access, ensuring its confidentiality, availability, and integrity. Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements must be maintained, and Information Security training should be provided to all personnel. All actual or suspected security incidents must be reported to the Information Security Officer (ISO) and investigated.<\/p>\n\n
To achieve these objectives, specific Security Policies and Procedures have been developed and implemented. These documents outline management directives, the implementation methods of each policy or procedure, and the responsibilities of all personnel. All employees and external collaborators (when required) are obligated to adhere to the Security Policies relevant to their activities. Management is committed to providing all necessary resources and tools for the effective implementation of this policy and its associated security policies. For the documentation of the Information Security Management System (ISMS), the company ensures compliance under the responsibility of the Information Security Manager (ISM).<\/p>\n\n
The Information Security Manager is responsible for monitoring and overseeing the ISMS operations, as well as informing all relevant personnel about the Information Security Policy. All personnel involved in activities and procedures covered by the ISMS must ensure compliance with the policy and relevant procedures in their area of work.
