Energy upgrade of a residence on Papanastasiou Street in Sid. Station within the framework of the EXOIKONOMO program
The project involved the energy upgrade of a ground-floor residence, improving its energy consumption category from H to B. Specifically, the work included
- replacing the existing frames with PVC frames
- installing external thermal insulation on the vertical structural elements of the building envelope
- installing an air-to-water heat pump system
- installing two air conditioning units
- installing a solar water heating system with a collector-storage tank using selective flat plate collectors
